Due to company growth, we are looking to increase staff and hire a full time Client Service Representative in our Kent, WA location.

Summary: The Client Service Representative is in a high-performance, customer-focused team environment and is responsible for a number of customer-oriented tasks in a call center environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer Multi-line phone system.
  • Professionally handle incoming calls from providers and patients and ensure that issues are resolved both and promptly and thoroughly.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high volume of calls from patients, and doctors
  • Data entry.
  • Back up for receptionist.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • 3+ years of progressive customer service.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications required. (i.e. Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Medical Support Team Member

Due to company growth, we are looking to increase staff and hire a licensed Medical Doctor or Naturopathic Doctor for our Kent, WA location.

We are seeking scientifically minded physicians with strong communication skills, diverse clinical experience, and an interest in research for the position of Medical Support Team Member. This position assists in educating health-care providers on interpreting salivary and fecal diagnostic test results.

In this role, he or she will consult with fellow doctors and other healthcare practitioners to aid in test recommendation, test result interpretation, and possible treatment strategies. Applicants should possess a working knowledge of conventional and naturopathic clinical evaluation and therapeutic approaches. This position offers additional opportunities for professional development through giving webinars and lectures, writing articles, and participating in research and development.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Exceptional writing skills,
  • Be proficient in AMA style, have teaching experience,
  • Strong public speaker.
  • Experience in the subjects of reproductive health, hormone therapy, and/or gastrointestinal health is a plus.

Parasitology Lab Technician

Diagnos-Techs is a pioneer and leader in saliva-based hormone testing. Our primary concern is to assist healthcare professionals in restoring patients' health. Diagnos-Techs is looking for an experienced individual to join our growing Parasitology department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform standard Ova & Parasite microscopic examinations for routine clinical specimens with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice.
  • Exercises judgment in evaluating and reporting results in consultation with Parasitlogists and others.
  • Consult with senior peers on tasks to learn through experience.
  • Basic skills and proficiency for microscopy and computer skills.
  • May be cross trained and perform specimen processing responsibilities.
  • Read and release results
  • Ability to trouble shoot
Qualifications:
  • 3 or 4 year degree in Science-related field with microscopic parasitology experiences.
  • Two plus years experience in microscopy & Parasitology
  • Experience as a Research or Clinical laboratory technician;
    • Credentialed Laboratory Medicine (Clinical Lab Science) experience,
    • Licensed (American Society of Clinical Pathology-ASCP), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT),or Medical Technician (MT) is referred
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Good Microscope skills
  • Parasitology background is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Organized with the ability to work fast but proficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as appropriate

Senior Accountant

  • Developing, incorporating and maintaining accounting procedures and internal controls
  • Perform day to day financial accounting operations
  • Monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting and closing
  • Preparation of tax filings and reports for local, state and federal government Work on Ageing/AR Accounts
  • Financial statement analysis and reporting Forecasting, modeling, planning and budgeting
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Finance, Business required
  • 5+yrs relevant experience preferably with a medical organization, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills; written and oral communication skills; computer literacy.

DiagnosTechs is looking for an experienced individual to join our growing Laboratory Technician department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow Diagnos-Techs procedure for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, test reporting, quality control, and maintenance of records.
  • Performs all tasks safely and efficiently according with strict adherence to safety procedures and policies
  • Is proactive in identifying problems that may adversely affect test performance and to correct the problem and notify the lab manager/director.
  • As assigned, performs high complexity testing under the on-site, supervision of the lab manager or lab director.
  • Completes laboratory assigned duties and tasks within stated TAT (turn around time) goals and notify the lab manager/supervisor when goals will not be achieved.
  • Performs and documents required maintenance on equipment and pipettes as assigned by lab director or designee.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry or
  • AA in Sciences with 1 year lab exp.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Familiar with clinical research or have lab experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate incoming requisition forms; verify information for accuracy/appropriateness and follow-up with patients/providers for missing or questionable data.
  • Perform related support duties as requested, such as; answering phones, processing credit card payments, assisting customers with billing inquires, scanning, photocopying.
  • Make outgoing calls to patients to collect outstanding balances.
  • Responsible for replying to emails and voicemails from patients, physicians, and insurance companies
  • Performs all other duties required by the department manager and supervisor
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 or more years experience in submitting commercial insurance and Medicare claims
  • Ability to type 45-55 WPM
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with insurance carriers, patients, providers, and co-workers
  • Competent at reading and interpreting EOBs
  • Some knowledge of medical billing/collection practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in medical terminology, CPT and ICD 9/10 coding and understands principles and practices of medical billing
  • Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
  • Ability to foster a cooperative environment and able to calmly and efficiently provide assistance to patients, staff and providers

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role on a collaborative project team that is responsible for the design and production of our software systems. The developer will directly aid in the launch of a new version of the company's core software system and help create new business applications both online and off.
Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science or comparable work experience
  • Experience with C# or JAVA
  • Experience with SQL databases, preferably SQL Server
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to actively contribute to project requirements and software design
  • Willingness to learn new programming languages and tools as needed
